“We took Mitzy to Kim-Marina not knowing what to expect as Mitzy is a very nervous dog and very wary of people. Kim-Marina was very patient with her, even though after half an hour she didn’t manage to get Mitzy into the bath. She then had a thought and asked if Mitzy liked their dogs, which she does, and so after letting her two lovely dogs into the parlour to play with Mitzy she was able to get her bathed and trimmed without any more problems. Full marks to Kim-Marina and her lovely dogs and Mitzy will be going back again!”
